The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation that takes you directly to Venice. The service was top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious. The outdoor dining area was exquisite, and the private facilities were luxurious. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with exclusive amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable.
The only minor issue I had was the temperature in my room. It was quite warm, and a fan would have made my stay more comfortable.

The lady at the hotel was pleasant. She made me an early breakfast at 6:30 AM as I was checking out. The host was friendly. The location was great for catching the bus to Venice. The wifi was good and they even had boiled eggs for breakfast, which is rare in Italy!
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The location of the hotel is convenient for catching a bus into the city center. Wifi is reliable and the breakfast includes rare boiled eggs. The friendly host goes out of their way to accommodate an early breakfast.
The room is small and lacks a fan or air conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot.
